Nina and Ian are certainly one sexy couple, but there’s one test that Ian had to pass before their romance became official, the actress tells ‘Self’ magazine! What’s YOUR relationship requirement?

Nina Dobrev looks stunning on the November 2012 cover of Self magazine. Inside, The Vampire Diaries star dishes on her relationship with the incredibly sexy Ian Somerhalder and reveals how he helps her deal with stress.

“He has to be a happy person. You’ll laugh and enjoy life more,” Nina tells Self magazine of her relationship requirement — a test Ian clearly passed!

Furthermore, Nina cites spending time with Ian as one way to help her deal with stress in her life, along with yoga and chocolate.

In the past, Nina told the October 2012 issue of Seventeen magazine, “I think people should be with the person who makes them smile. The minute you’re not smiling anymore, you shouldn’t be in the relationship. That’s what you figure out by having good or bad experiences with boyfriends and finding out what qualities you like and don’t like in a person. It’s part of growing up and learning. You should always be with the people who make you feel happiest.”

i love the vampire diaries series especially the cast! much better than the twilight series, kstew movie was of full of crap! teen age are crazy, stewart is not a good model she was a destroyer of other people lives! boo!

Come on, these two are not together, not appearing together has nothing to do with keeping their relationship private. They never behaved like a couple, their appereances together were very calculated. Nowdays are co-stars and respectuf relationship. When both of them are in love you will see the difference. And when the time is right they will let people know that they are not together.

You wish! Just because they don’t break up and they don’t cheat one on other for the publicity doesn’t make them fake! In fact if you check their interviews from the first time they met -late 2009 till now- you’ll see how close they were and are in interviews. They’re looking at each other trying to hide it, they smile, they make fun. Ian + Nina don’t have a reason to lie ecpessially when Nina’s mother and Ian’s mother are involved in this.

They look so gorgeous I can barely tear my eyes away from that picture. They are both wonderful,kind beautiful people inside and out.

I love Ian and Nina so much that I wish the media and fans would just leave them alone.

I bet Nina didn’t dish anything or name Ian personally because if you have been following them, you would know that is not what their relationship is about. They rarely walk red carpets together or show their faces at the others big event. They dont want the big public relationship deal, they want that part private, and that I respect them for.
