Miley is no longer in talks to star in a remake of ‘Bonnie & Clyde’! Are her recent troubles with Liam to blame?
Miley Cyrus hasn’t appeared on television since the end of Hannah Montana, though she is due to appear in a multi-episode run on Two & A Half Men in late October. The former Disney actress was also in talks for a miniseries remake of Bonnie & Clyde, but, as our sister site TVLine reports, she’s no longer in the running! We hope her recent reported relationship woes aren’t to blame!
Miley had been in negotiations to play Bonnie in the four-hour miniseries, which is in development for cable networks History and Lifetime by Smash executive producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron. The report indicates that it is unclear why the negotiations fell apart.
As we’ve reported, Miley and fiancé Liam Hemsworth have recently been at odds over the pop star’s overly-emotive Twitter account. Liam even reportedly demanded that she delete it altogether! We certainly hope that this didn’t have anything to do with Miley walking away from the gig!
Do you think Miley walked away from the job because of her drama with Liam, HollywoodLifers?
