Rob has been spotted in various places without Kristen — even though they’ve reportedly reconciled. A source close to Summit tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the couple is being persuaded to make the premiere their first joint appearance together since reuniting!
The “animal like” sex scenes won’t be the only reasons fans line up at the premiere of Breaking Dawn — Part 2. The premiere will also mark the first time that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will appear together in public since their split in July.
“What better way for the world to see them together than when they do it for the movie,” a source close to Summit tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
Rob made a surprise appearance at the IFC Film’s dinner on Friday Oct. 5 in New York City, but Kristen was no where to be found. Kristen’s absence seems unusual as she starred in On The Road with Tom Sturridge, who accompanied Rob to this event.
Summit’s desire to have Rob and Kristen make their first appearance together at the premiere of Breaking Dawn — Part 2 certainly explains Kristen not attending.

The premiere is work, hardly evidence of the status of their off screen relationship. The truth will be clear after promo is finished.
To Debra, you are so right, we won’t really know if they are together until sometime into 2013!

They are not re-united at the MTV movie award when Rob represent Twilight…..that chapter has long been done
I feel if they truly are together than they better show it now, don’t wait until BD2 premiere, it is better to let the world know that they are together, so maybe the cruel comments to Kristen will stop and the premiere will be civil and polite, no booing, that is just childish and totally rude.

It will seem more fake if they wait until the premiere. All for the promotion.for BD2. If they are really back together they should show before the premiere to make it more real. I don’t think they are really back together romantically. Just friends.

Really??! You know just b/c they are together doesnt mean that they need to go everywhere together right? Just to let you know they are actually doing it on porpouse so they don’t give the media something to talk about so the fire burns down, they are trying to reconstruct their relationship alone and they are going places alone so ppl think they are over and can calm down they are trying to go on with their life and some ppl need to try that too, if you see them together is for promo reasons that is it.

You are totally wrong. They are totally back together. They have had dates nights and numerous people say them at Soho House. They are being very careful to only go to places where this is a “no taking pics” policy. They don’t want to be seen together until the right time.

They were only spotted out together ONCE at Soho House & that was w/ a group of friends. No one has confirmed where they sat, if they were beside one another or what. Fact of the matter is, the common friends they have are friends that Rob has had for a VERY long time. It has been said over the years of them dating, that his friends really don’t care for her but put up w/ her for his sake. I believe that they are working on reconciling a friendship NOTHING more! Maybe eventually they will end up together again but I believe that he knows it would be best if he moved on. Who wants to be in a relationship withOUT trust?

They have been seen out together but keep those blinders on. They are avoiding big outings together because they are NOT PR like you want to believe they are and Kristen and Rob never went to big entertainment events together.
