Rob made a surprise appearance at the IFC Film’s dinner on Friday Oct. 5 in New York City, but Kristen was no where to be found.
Many fans jumped for joy at the sighting of Robert Pattinson at the IFC Film’s dinner in New York City — he was a surprise guest.
Rob and Tom Sturridge, who starred in On The Road with Kristen Stewart, were both at the event together, according to fans who shared their spotting on Twitter. Rob and Tom are also longtime friends.
Tom is currently dating Sienna Miller and she has a film, HBO’s The Girl, showing at the Hampton’s Film Festival this weekend, which may be why Tom was spotted at this dinner in New York City.
“Rob Pattinson & #ontheroad star Tom Sturridge have left the bldg (& Assayas table) but Tweets in their honor continue from @ifcfilms bash,” user @eug said.
According to these onlookers, Rob was at the dinner to support Olivier Assayas.
Rob was also spotted smoking an e-cig in the restaurant, according to another eyewitness. We’re so glad to hear that Rob is still on the path to quitting smoking!
“R-Patz smokes an e-cig. So chic,” user @brooksld said.
Sadly, Kristen was not spotted at the event. However, Rob made a visit to the Monkey Bar afterwards.
“OMG…just saw Robert Pattison at the Monkey Bar, New York!#hot&sexy #worththewait,” user @mrsfro22 said.
We’re so glad that Rob is going out and having fun in New York City, but we wish that Kristen would tag along with him.

Notice the actual photos he’s out with his buddies, unlike those supposed sights of him with/Kscrew. He’s moving on & doing what you do after a break up…go out with friends of the same sex & bad mouth the opposite sex.

rOB IS NOT NECESSARILY LONELY JUST BECAUSE HE ISN’T WITH kRISTEN. They have been seen together a couple of times in L.A. Tom is a good friend to Rob. They have known each other for a long time and I hope Rob listens to him and takes his advice. Tom has been around Kristen a lot making that movie and has an opinion to offer. Kristen has a split personality – she admitted it herself. On the one hand she would like to play “domestic” with Rob but she has her wild side, too. Rob would not fit into the dark side of Kristen Stewart. It would be more heartbreak for him. Can you imagine her a wife and mother. God Forbid! Please Rob, find yourself a nice little English girl who will understand you and stay by your side forever.

Pattinson has obviously dropped her, they don’t live together anymore, they have not even meet since the affair.

Rob might have “mental fans, crazy freaks jealous of kristen” or however u wanna rephrase that insult..but kristen also has “mental fans, crazy and jealous of rob” lol.
