Kristin stunned fans on Oct. 2 when she showed off her perfect figure just eight weeks after giving birth. The former reality star says getting back to her pre-pregnancy weight so fast is all thanks to Mother Nature.
Kristin Cavallari has always been a knockout, but when she walked the red carpet on Oct. 2, less than two months after welcoming son Camden Jack Cutler, people were dying to know how she lost all of her baby weight at record speed.
“I honestly can say I owe it all to breastfeeding,” she told People. “I read somewhere that it’s like running six miles a day. I know nursing is difficult for a lot of moms, so it’s easier said than done.”
Kristin hosted the ULTA Beauty’s Donate with a Kiss event for breast cancer research in New York City on Oct. 2, and made her first red carpet appearance after having her first baby. The 25-year-old and her fiance, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, 29, welcomed their baby boy on Aug. 8.
Although she credits mostly Mother Nature, the blonde bombshell also had a little extra help getting back into killer shape.
“I eat healthy in general and I’m taking it easy in the gym and working out three to four days a week,” she added, and said she didn’t get back into the gym until Camden was four weeks old.
“Walking uphill on this treadmill to work out this booty. Bye Bye baby weight.” she tweeted on Sept. 13.
Did YOU breastfeed, HollyMoms? Did it help you shed the weight faster?
