Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran are over — they have officially broken up.
Chris Brown’s Confirms Breakup
Chris Brown tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I’d rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives.”
Chris & Rihanna’s NYC Hookup Extravaganza
Chris and Rihanna were first spotted together in New York City on Monday Oct. 1 when they were caught engaging in a bathroom romp session at Griffin. The following night, Oct. 2, Chris and Rihanna met up again at 1Oak. And last night, the two former lovers were spotted at Jay-Z’s concert at the Barclays Center — holding hands and kissing!
Following their concert date, Chris tweeted, “Both r Free from it all!”
Chris & Karrueche Fight Over Rihanna
In between their three-day New York City rendezvous, Karrueche was spotted in the Big Apple where she and Chris engaged in a heated fight inside his vehicle — outside Karrueche’s hotel, the Trump Soho.
Karrueche is tired of Chris disrespecting her, hooking up with Rihanna on the side, and she gave him an ultimatum!
“[Karrueche] hit it a few hours ago. She mad at the [boy] and said to him ‘I’m leaving your triffling punk ass’ and said ‘f–k you.’ He tried to calm her down — told her he didn’t want her to leave and went after her, but she scooted on him,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com.
The Aftermath Of The Split
Karrueche plans on moving her stuff out of Chris’ home. Late last night, Karrueche tweeted, “Bye baby.”
Chris and Karrueche dated for a little over a year before splitting.
