What baby weight? The former ‘Laguna Beach’ star and fiance Jay Cutler welcomed baby Camden Jack just two months ago, and she’s already showing off her superfit figure! Find out how she got back in shape.
You wouldn’t know it by looking at her now, but Kristin Cavallari gave birth to her first baby, Camden Jack Cutler, on Aug. 8. Less than two months later, she slipped into a tight black cocktail dress for the ULTA Beauty’s Donate with a Kiss event for breast cancer research in New York City.
Kristin, who is engaged to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, hosted the event and made a stunning red carpet return.
But her post-baby body didn’t come easy. The reality star has been working out several hours a day, and even took to Twitter to share her success.
“Walking uphill on this treadmill to work out this booty. Bye Bye baby weight.” she tweeted on Sept. 13.
HollywoodLife.com talked to celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson on Oct 2, and she revealed some expert tips to getting back in shape after baby.
“Attack [the weight] with cardio, make healthy choices, and consume proper fats so the [breast] milk is healthy,” she said. She recommends 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training. And to get your abs back in shape, she is not a fan of old-fashioned crunches.
“To get the prettiest abs, you aren’t laying on the ground just doing crunches. Instead of having your feet on the ground and knees up, it works from the bottom of the hips up,” she said.
