Julianne won an Emmy Award for playing Sarah Palin in HBO’s ‘Game Change.’ But Bristol tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that it was a poor depiction of her mother and Sarah is ‘way hotter’ than Julianne. Ouch!
After the Oct. 2 episode of Dancing With the Stars: All Stars, Bristol Palin opened up to HollywoodLife.com and had some choice words regarding Julianne Moore’s Emmy win for portraying Sarah Palin in HBO’s Game Change. Hint: Bristol is not a fan.
“I don’t think she is a good interpreter of my Mom, I think my Mom is way hotter then that, she doesn’t have that accent and it’s all kind of silly… My Mom’s awesome,” Bristol told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
“I feel so validated because Sarah Palin gave me a big thumbs down,” Julianne told the audience as she accepted her Emmy win on Sept. 23. Apparently, her daughter gives Julianne a big thumbs down as well.
Sarah once deemed Game Change as unimportant saying, “[my] family has the right priorities and knows what really matters,” in an email to ABC News, according to the Chicago Tribune. “For instance, our son called from Afghanistan yesterday and he sounded good and that’s what matters,” Sarah added. “Being in the good graces of Hollywood’s ‘Team Obama’ isn’t top of my list.”
Bristol is currently vying for the mirror ball trophy on the “All Stars” edition of Dancing With the Stars.
