Poor LiLo! Once again bad fortune has come her way. After allegedly being attacked in her hotel room on Sept. 30, Lindsay Lohan is extremely upset to find out that her alleged assailant, Christian Labella, won’t be charged with assault.
“This is bullsh**. She’s so f****ng over this. If the shoe were on the other foot she’d be jail,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com, adding Lindsay is furious about the situation.
Lindsay reportedly told police she was attacked by 25-year-old Christian at the W Hotel near Union Square after fighting about cell phone pictures Christian allegedly took of Lindsay, according to WNBC. Lindsay told police that Christian was so upset at the accusation that he threw her down on the bed, and scratched her hands. LiLo reportedly ran away, but returned to the room and was reportedly choked.
A NY Police spokesperson tells HollywoodLife.com that Christian was handcuffed, charged for assault and taken from the scene around 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 30, but once he was brought to the station, his assault charge was dropped to harassment because “the investigation revealed that the incident didn’t rise to the level of an assault.”
Neither Christian or Lindsay are required to appear in court regarding the incident, NYPD tell us.
Christian is reportedly politically connected. According to the Daily Mail, he’s fully staffed by Illinois GOP Congressman John Shimkus and his Facebook is decorated with photos of him posing with GOP candidate Paul Ryan and former presidential candidate Herman Cain.
