Brittany Kerr's Excuse For Alleged Jason Aldean Cheating: 'Didn't Know' He Was Married

Jason was caught getting up close and personal with ‘American Idol’ season 11 contestant Brittany Kerr at The Den on Wednesday Sept. 26. Worst of all — the country crooner is married. Read on for more details!

Jason Aldean had a bit too much fun at The Den on the Sunset Strip this past Wednesday, Sept. 26, when he was spotted making a drunken mistake and allegedly cheating on his wife, flirting with and kissing American Idol castoff, Brittany Kerr.

Jason is married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica Ussery. They were married in 2001, and have 2 kids together.

Jason released a statement after the photos were released by TMZ. He said, ”The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself. I left alone and that’s the end of the story.”

Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler were fans of Brittany when she auditioned in Savannah, Georgia in 2011. Jennifer Lopez was not a fan, but two out of three votes sent her to Hollywood!

UPDATE: Brittany has deleted her Twitter account following a barrage of attack messages. Sources close to her tell TMZ that she didn’t know that Jason was married and that, if she had, she would have ended the whole thing before it began.

Another tragic celebrity whose head got too big….the one between his shoulders and the one between his legs…what a loser and so is D lister Brittany Kerr…you know whose forever affected and will live with this their entire lives? Jessica and Jasons kids. Sadly this isn’t his first time. He’s notorious for his cheating and bad boy behavior…someone this time was just lucid enough to take photos and bust his LOSER A SS!!!!

Who the hell doesn’t know jason aldean is married! every award show, tv show, anything he is on she is right there with him. and in every music video of his you can clearly see his wedding ring. excuses excuses excuses. poor jessica and his kids.

Advice to his wife lawyer up and move on. He was caught this time, how may othr time did he get away with it. His lack of loyalty to someone that has been with him through the lean times says a lot about his character.
