Kristen Stewart has faced a TON of criticism after cheating on her boyfriend Robert Pattinson, but in a new interview she was able to make a dry joke about her post-affair life!

K-Stew, 22, spoke with Women’s Wear Daily about the grey skies covering Paris on the day of the show — and she even made a dark remark about her life in the wake of cheating on Rob, 26!

“Yeah, I guess I’m used to it,” she quipped.

Kristen also spoke about wanting to shoot an adaptation of the dark novel Lie Down In Darkness — but admitted there are difficulties in completing the film.

“It’s hard to get a movie like that made nowadays,” she said.

Kristen is spending most of her time trying to divert attention to her new movie On The Road, a project that she told our sister site Movieline captures the true spirit of the iconic book.

“I think it’s a good time to see this story visually because we are not shocked by some of the things that we were so shocked by before and it would have veiled it. It would have been so shocking seeing people doing drugs and having sex that you wouldn’t have seen the spirit of [On the Road]. You wouldn’t have seen the message behind it. Maybe it would have been good because it would have forced people to look, but maybe they weren’t able to do it then.”

Not that she was, but if anyone should make fun of Rob or Kristen personal lives, It should be them. Everyone else should keep out of it. There is a difference between news and what the rags/ tabloids / webloids call the news. Kristen and Rupert and Kristen admitted to a indiscretion was news, Everything else was speculation. Robert and Kristen committing to do BD2 promo is news, Everything else is gossip. Now everyone can sit back,veg, and wait for some news, instead of speculating at what is happening in other people lives and living theirs!

She wasn’t joking about the affair. She was under gray skies for years filming Twilight. I think she was talking about that. Stop trying to make an argument out of words you have twisted and added your own meaning to.

I wish you people would stop turning her words around, that’s not what she meant. There’s no indication in her comment to “suggest” she was joking about her affair.
