Rachel finally kissed Brody on the Sept. 27 episode of ‘Glee,’ but the moment was rocked by Finn’s surprise return!
On the September 27 episode of Glee, Kurt (Chris Colfer) begins an intership with Vogue.com, Rachel (Lea Michele) gets a new look while Blaine (Darren Criss) and Brittany (Heather Morris) compete to become student class president at William McKinley!
An Internship At Vogue
Oh, how nice it is to have Sarah Jessica Parker on my television screen. Honestly, I missed Carrie Bradshaw and now I feel like I have a piece of her back in my living room. Thank you, Ryan Murphy!
Anyhow, Kurt wins over his Vogue.com editor-mentor Isabelle Kempt (SJP) with his gallery of creative personal outfits. (I always knew that half-sweater would come in handy one day.)
After a meeting to find new ideas for leather, Isabelle tells Kurt that she’s afraid she doesn’t deserve her job and she’s afraid she may fail like her fashion collection did.
When Isabelle sees what Kurt can do with Rachel, giving her an amazing makeover, Isabelle tells him to think about pursuing fashion instead of Broadway. After Anna Wintour likes his makeover video, Kurt gets more responsibilities at Vogue.com. One day, Isabelle says, people will be begging to wear Kurt’s designs!
Rachel’s Makeover
Rachel is ridiculed for her clothes by two Black Swan wannabes. But its in this moment that Kurt realizes he can use this opportunity to makeover Rachel AND film a music video to impress Isabelle.
Rachel likes her makeover, but Brody (Dean Geyer) LOVES it. In fact, he said her outside finally caught up with how her inside felt.
After Brody tells Rachel he likes her, the two dance and sing all over NYC with ice cream cones in hand!
Rachel invites Brody over for a home cooked meal, but ends up setting the duck on fire! They end up ordering pizza, sharing secrets, and laughing the night away.
When the two finally move in for a kiss (which DOES happen), Finn (Cory Monteith) finally reappears! Uh-oh.
Running For President
Blaine misses Kurt and he feels like it’s his time to shine in high school, so he signs up for anything and everything in sight — including sewing club. His loneliness leads him to run against Brittany for President of the senior class.
Brittany chooses Artie (Kevin McHale) as her running mate and sets Sam (Chord Overstreet) up with Blaine. While Blaine is not keen on this idea at first, he is eventually sold after Sam does some convincing.
During the debate, Artie talks and talks and talks, while Sam uses his six pack abs to woo the crowd! (Those stripper skills certainly came in handy tonight!)
“Blam” wins! Kurt is too busy to answer Blaine’s call with the good news. Do I sense trouble in paradise?
Next week is “The Break Up.” After viewing tonight’s episode, I’m sad to say that a number of couples look to be heading for doomsville! What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers?

I can’t wait to see Brody and Rachel together! I think Brody is an absolute DREAM! LOVE watching him. That’s the only reason I watch Glee is because of Brody and Rachel being together.
