With news that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have reportedly reconciled their relationship after her infidelity, we’re all impatiently awaiting for the moment when the two step out in public together! We’ve spoken to three relationship experts who each suggested their idea of the perfect event for Rob and Kristen to re-emerge.
Host A Party?
Carole Lieberman, M.D., psychiatrist and relationship expert-to-the-stars (www.drcarole.com), tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that the pair shouldn’t keep fans waiting until the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 premiere in November. “There is daily speculation on the state of Rob and Kristen’s union, so they would need to do something dramatic to cement their re-emergence as a couple,” she says. “It would be hard to keep people guessing until the November premiere of Breaking Dawn, since the media would undoubtedly have captured lots of photos and interviews by then.”
She suggests that Rob, 26, and Kristen, 22, announce the good news in their own home! “They could do something fun like holding a housewarming party at their new home and making the theme of it ‘reunited lovers’ – with posters from their movies and classic movies,” she tells us.
A Romantic, Intimate Dinner?
Relationship expert Cooper Lawrence believes it should happen on a more intimate level, saying, “They have to be seen somewhere together way before [Breaking Dawn], like having a romantic dinner or a romantic moment…something that lets their fans know ahead of time that they are trying to make it work. If they wait until the premiere, fans will think it’s just a stunt for the movie and they won’t believe them as a couple on screen, and maybe even reject them further if they feel its a manipulation.”
Cooper believes that the reunion must seem authentic and not forced, telling us, “This is one of the few couples that people do associate their on screen and off screen relationship as one in the same, which is why they have to be genuine.”
The Breaking Dawn Premiere?
However, Diana Falzone, relationship expert, believes the pair should go for high drama and wait for the November premiere! “Kristen and Robert should reveal their reunited relationship at the Breaking Dawn premiere for the highest, most dramatic impact,” she tells us. “Of course, movie executives may think this could distract from the actual film however this a supernova couple that will over shadow any event.”
She also has some advice for Kristen, saying the starlet needs to be patient with people who may still be upset by her actions.
“In terms of Kristen re-gaining the approval of Rob’s family and friends, patience is key. His loved ones have every reason to not trust her yet it was on mistake made in at a young age. Hopefully, she has learned to value her relationship and will not betray Rob’s trust or the trust of his family and friends again. This will take time. After all, actions not words count.”
