Katie Couric is beautiful, and successful but even she has had her share of image issues. The 55-year-old TV host sat down with popstar Demi Lovato to talk about self confidence and how many girls battle with eating disorders. But it was shocking to learn that Katie reportedly had one too!
“How do you have a healthy relationship with food, and say, ‘You know what, I can have one cookie and it’s OK?’
Katie said. “That is such a huge thing for people who wrestle with this.”
The New York Post that Katie suffered from an eating disorder during and right after graduating from the University of Virginia. Sources claim that Katie beat the disorder with therapy.
