Jacqueline and Teresa haven’t spoken in almost a year because of what happened on the ‘RHONJ’ season finale. Now we finally know why Jacqueline didn’t attend the season three reunion! Here are the inside details.

This season’s finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey saw the culmination of the ultra-dramatic Posche fashion show — and the end of Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice‘s friendship.

The show, which featured the confrontation between Teresa’s sister-in-law Melissa Gorga and her former strip-club boss, made Jacqueline finally see what she believed were the true colors of supposed-friend Teresa.

“After the Posche fashion show, I had a nervous breakdown,” Jacqueline said on last night’s episode. “It was just overwhelming with friendships ending.”

The final moments of the show revealed that Teresa and Jacqueline hadn’t seen each other since that fateful night.

RHONJ star Kathy Wakile recently told exclusively that “[Melissa] wasn’t really a dancer. She worked in a club and she was kind of like a Hooters girls, a hostess, a bar maid. She wasn’t a dancer. And even if she had been, it doesn’t matter because I know her now. She’s a great mom and wife, and they have a beautiful life. She wasn’t a murderer. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it.”

Are you surprised by the reason that Jacqueline and Teresa are no longer friends, HollywoodLifers?
