Julianne stunned on the Emmy’s red carpet with a retro-inspired makeup look — and a new shorter ‘do! Here’s how you can get her EXACT look!
Julianne Hough, 24, looked effortlessly beautiful with Old Hollywood influenced hair and makeup! Celebrity makeup artist Molly Stern wanted Julianne’s look “to look as if she were a black and white photograph come to life.”
For Julianne’s flawless skin, Molly used Tarte Pure Maracuja Oil to moisturize her skin. Molly applied Tarte Amazonian 12-Hour Clay in Exposed to the apples of Julianne’s cheeks for a healthy pink glow. To give Julianne’s eyes a simple glow, Molly applied Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Cream Eyeshadow to her lids. To finish of Julianne’s glam look, she applied Tarte LipSurgence Matte Lip Tint in Exposed to her lips and added Tarte Glamazon Pure Performance 12-Hour Lipstick in Pure on top to give her matte lip.
