Fiona was reportedly arrested after a routine vehicle check at the U.S. Border Patrol Checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, TX on Sept. 19. Read on for all the details.

Fiona Apple allegedly admitted to possession of marijuana and hash during a routine check at a U.S. Border Patrol Checkpoint on September 19. She was then arrested by police.

During the sweep, police used drug-sniffing dogs to find .01 pounds of marijuana and .01 pounds of hash on board (the size of a baseball and golfball, respectively), the Hudspeth County Sheriff’s Office tells TMZ.

Cops tell TMZ that Fiona “freely admitted” the drugs were hers and was consequently arrested.

Fiona was reportedly put in jail and released on $10,000 bail on Sept. 20.
