‘The Hobbit': New Trailer Is Heavy On Gollum, Light On Dragons — Watch

New footage from ‘The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey’ just hit the web — and it’s prrrrecioussss!

I hope you like tiny men with hairy feet, because this new trailer for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is full of ‘em! We got a brief look at the movie back in Dec. 2011, but now we have nearly three minutes of footage from the Peter Jackson epic to drool over — including our first extended look at Gollum! (Or Smeagol, whatever you want to call him.)

Though die-hard Hobbit fans are already complaining about the trailer’s lack of Smaug — the dragon Bilbo battles in the movie, not to be confused with smog, the layer of filth hovering over Los Angeles — I think this trailer gives us plenty to chew on until the movie’s Dec. 14 big-screen debut.

now you are talking HL.i guess am a movie and book freak.i love lord of the ring,the hobbit and silmarilion,which is where it all began.i hope hobbit will be as good as lord of the ring which is absolutely a work of art perfectly made,thanks to peter jackson.i cant wait to see hobbit.
