Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have reportedly rekindled their love — but they still have a major obstacle to overcome.
Rob, 26, should expect to face the disapproval of his friends, according to Us Weekly.
“[Rob's friends] dont want to see him get hurt again,” a source tells the mag. Another source adds, “His friends can’t stand her. But Rob has hope in their romance.”
Yikes! It’s never fun when your friends don’t like the person you’re dating. Hopefully, for Rob’s sake, his friends will come around soon.

This is not a new pic. It was used in a past article(could have been 6 or 8 months ago) about them having a date night out. Leave them alone and let them work things out without interference from any others. If you truly are Rob and Kristen fans then you are willing to wish them whatever works out for them. Like someone else recently posted: If Rob is able to forgive Kristen (as he was the one that was cheated on, not us) then don’t you think we should?

I think US Weekly needs to keep their mouths shut before they get sued. They started this with the doctored photos and inaccurate information. Who are they to be giving anyone advice or getting involved with the relationship they have nearly destroyed by spreading false information.

I thought his male friends liked her. Didn’t she do a video for Marcus Foster who was one of Rob’s best and first friends. The female friends are just jealous of her and the saying goes you better watch your back when it comes to a female friend cozying up to your boyfriend. If Rob listens to his female friends then I will certainly think less of him. He shouldn’t really care what his friends think if he really loves this girl since you don’t let your friends control your decisions or who you might marry. If they don’t like her then how good of a friend are they. I think Rob needs to stay away from his female friends right now. The group he runs with seem to always be in trouble and don’t seem very settled down right now. If Rob wants to settle down and have a family he needs to find friends who already have the same lifestyle he wants. Someone who is ready for a family doesn’t party all the time, go out bar hopping and do stupid stunts to get attention from the paps. They stay home, work and do things with their families or friends and their families. Look at Jennifer Garner and Ben, Brad and Anjolie, Niki Reed and her husband, and Jackson Rathbone and his family. I don’t think I know of any other Twilight actor that does as much bar hopping and parting as Rob does with the exception of Ashley Green. If you want to grow up and be responsible for a family like Rob says he wants then he better start picking his friends better.That knocks out Katy Perry, Rhiania, Shannon Woodard and any other woman who still like the lime light attention and parting.

No alot of Rob’s male friends don’t like her either, for a couple of years now its been reported that Rob’s friends think he’s more into Kristen than she is into him, the cheating supports that theory. One need look no further than the body language of Tom Sturridge and Kristen on the red carpet at Cannes to know these two barely tolerate each other.
Hey thats weird, first they like her, and now they dont…. She only made one stupid mistake, As rob’s friend, they should be supporting him and her, not judging her…….Your so called friends need a reality check, whats more important friendship, get over it, or you are worried about losing your benefactor to pay for your drinks or support for your act……for commercial reason I often wonder????

His male friends are close to her, it’s shannon and katy perry who didn’t like her, and that’s just cause katy wanted to get in his pants. She made a move on him, even breaking ties with John mayer, and when Rob didn’t take the bait, she went runnign back to john. His london friends are close to her though.

us weekly’s been wrong a lot besides getting the pap shots. they don’t realize she’s been close to his friends, and has had them over to stay at their house for weeks at a time, feeding them and stuff. Marcus used her in his video, Sam said she was too special to describe in just a couple words. And Tom was very close to her. They might think she’s dumb for what she did, but it’s not like they all weren’t close to her before the scandal. They hung out with her all the time when she was in london too, US weekly doesn’t know.

And Rob’s friends still do like Kristen Tom even called er his friend after all this happened while at the London OTR premier he was asked and said I DON’T TALK ABOUT MY FRIENDS. Not to mention his own women cheated with a married man a few different times. I worry about the hearts of FANS who are still struggling with internal emotional chaos – whether it is true or not, the media continues to jerk our hearts around AND what if it ISN’T true – again? He should move on–this disrupted family and friendships and he has the world at his fingertips. I think he would have more invites and opportunities to things just being without her. People will now feel awkward being around them and will especially watch their every move. I just hope she doesnt trap him. It would be best to grasp single life outside Twilight for at least 2 years and then, if they cant live without each other–go back to each other. They are so young and i think its just a security thing since they havent been alone.

I doubt these are his true friends from London he has had for many years, I’m sure Tom is sympathic and more open minded cause his baby momma had a worse affair than this and she goes to all of Marcus shows with rob to support him, no this is the la friends who don’t want to share their time with rob cause he will always choose to spend time with Kristen instead of them!

Friends should stay out of it. It’s nice to have the opinion of someone looking at the situation from the outside, they may see something you dont, but that’s the point, they are on the outside, they can not know what you are feeling…they need to be there for you when you need them AND support your decision when you make it.

they were friends before she made amovie with tom and in a video for marcus but because she made a mistake they don’t like her any more we are all humans so i guest they don’t believe in forgiving people. they will have to live with who he’s in love with he followed his heart and fogive her i’m glad and wish them luck together i love them both
