Lindsay Lohan was arrested early in the morning of Wednesday, Sept. 19 after allegedly hitting a man with her car outside of the Dream Hotel in downtown New York City and then leaving the scene. But Lindsay is speaking out, telling us that things didn’t happen exactly as they’ve been reported!
Lindsay, 26, tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that she didn’t hit anyone and claims that the man is lying! “A paparazzi sat on the hood of my friends car and they arrested me. It’s so absurd, completely unfair and unjust. It’s just because its me — it’s unfortunate,” she tells us.
Lindsay’s rep, Steve Hunig, adds, “While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue.”

I hope one day I can do drugs, drive drunk, steal tthings, violate probation, and not have anything happen to me. Gheesh….and get bad plastic surgery..some people have all the luck
