The ladies return from their trip to St. Barth’s only to find that the drama followed them all the way home!

On the Sept. 17 episode of The Real Housewives of New York CityLuAnn de Lesseps tries her best to keep her alleged hookup with Tomas under wraps, Heather Thomson and Carole Radziwill pound a few back at a gay bar, and Sonja Morgan and Aviva Drescher end their friendship.

Upon their arrival back in New York City, no one can stop rehashing their trip — particularly Aviva who is still “ranting and raving” about how no one laid out a red carpet for her husband Reid. (Get over it already, honey.)

But one thing that no one is talking about — LuAnn’s alleged hookup with Tomas. While LuAnn hangs all over Jacques at a dinner party, everyone wonders what he knows, but no one says a word.

Is it bad that I was desperately hoping someone would spill the beans?

LuAnn still wants a baby and tells Heather her plans to start IVF treatments.

Heather and Carole can’t wait to get drunk and put the trip behind them. They head to a local gay bar where they pound back a few shots. Carole admits that Aviva can be a little self righteous. (A little? That’s the biggest understatement of the year!) Heather compares Aviva to a teacher who slams a ruler down when you don’t pay attention to her. (Nice!)

“For somebody who had a miserable time in St. Barths, she sure loves to relive it,” Heather says to the cameras of Aviva.

Finally, Heather tells Aviva, “You’re being me, me, me, me, me. Let it go and move on already.”

In the final scene, Aviva invites Sonja out to dinner and tries to make amends for what happened in St. Barth’s. Aviva tries to explain that calling Sonja low-class white trash was just a slip of the tongue. And she claims to have been duped by Ramona Singer!

Aviva tells Sonja that she lacks character and she’s the only friend of hers to tell her the truth. (Please! I’d rather watch Sonja drink and have a good time than listen to Aviva rant and rave about St. Barth’s for another episode!)

Points go to Sonja for telling Aviva she’s over it, there is no friendship and justly walking out.

How do YOU feel about tonight’s episode, HollywoodLifers?

I think that A-dive has to keep mentioning her ‘education’ because you sure can’t tell from the way she acts. She is ‘trained’ in french and in law, BUT she has never practiced her degrees as a professional – she graduated – nothing more. She really can’t call herself a lawyer because she has never practiced the law. She called her hyperbole euphemisms in error. She is the most ill-mannered housewife on NY wives since I’ve been watching. She is basically warmed over, left over Jill. If they fired Jill, why keep Jill Jr.

I have much sympathy for Sonja….imagine….being kicked to the curb by an 85 yr old man’s got to have hurt!
I find it revulting just thinking she had to have sex with a man who was old enough to be her father.
Sonja’s ex husband was 37 yrs old when she was born, that’s plain disgusting right there!
I guess the old guy invested in a lot of viagra

I think it was ‘kind’ of Andy Cohen to give Romona the ‘heads-up’ @ the lipstick – but the manner and language that he chose to use for a commentator was uncalled for! Perhaps when revamping for next season, they should interview for a new commentator?

These women make their selves look so bad by not thinking before they speak. I know airtime is important to them, but to make a fool out of yourself just to stay on TV is ridiculous. Aviva and her Dad both need to be ashamed of themselves. They have no manners and for all her education, it does not show. It could be a good show with a little more character.

I agree, I found Aviva a nut who is desparetly looking for sympathy and her Father is a nasty, vile old man, yuck!

Aviva should count her blessings to be rid of old dried up skank Sonja and bug eyed alcoholic Ramona…..Ramona should have been let go years ago…She’s a two faced hobag!

I agree. Points to Sonja for not forgiving the white trash comment, considering we all know she really meant it and thinks she’s better than everyone else. Sonja and Ramona did drink too much but they were on vacation and Aviva should get over herself. They may drink but she can’t go anywhere without her man and it’s pitiful, leg or no leg. She actually should drink MORE! She’d loosen up a little and stop judging everyone else.

I can’t believe everyone was silent when it came to St. Barth’s and Luann! There must be something brewing with “The Real Housewives of New York.” I’m in love with this season and team “Ramonja.” Unfortunately, I will miss the upcoming episode of “RHWONY,” because of my new work schedule at Dish. It looks like Aviva’s dad is getting in the mix next week. Good think I pre-set my Hopper to record the new episode, and since there is so much DVR recording space I won’t miss any of the drama this season. Aviva really needs to let the trip go, and move on with her life.

Sonja is an alcoholic whore and her alcoholic dingbat buddy, Ramona, is as well. I don’t think Sonja ever has a drink out of her hand. This program would be a hell of a lot better without Sonja and Ramona. They both make me sick.

Aviva is a bully. Sonja is a harmless person trying to enjoy life.

Only been watching fully for 12 months but find the series unmissable. Initially I loathed Ramona but on reflection the programmes would be so dull without her. I find Sonja a little spineless, Carole a dreadful gossip but only brave (and spiteful) behind peoples backs. Love Heather and Luann, not sure about Aviva yet, she seems keen to stir but then runs a mile from the fallout.
Missing Jill and Bethany.
