After Usher gained primary custody of his two boys, his ex-wife Tameka has been pushing for a retrial. The judge shot down her request — read on for more details.
The custody saga between Usher and his ex Tameka Foster is temporarily on hold as she was denied a retrial in the custody hearing over their two boys, Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3. Usher won full custody of their boys on Aug. 24, but Tameka won’t stop fighting the decision.
Tameka filed papers earlier in September asking for a motion to retrial, claiming the judge on the case was biased because Usher’s lawyer donated money to her reelection campaign, TMZ is reporting.
However, the judge denied the motion, claiming that the campaign donations were public knowledge since 2008 and if Tameka cared enough to look into that, she should have done so before the initial trial.
Sources close to Tameka tell TMZ that she is not giving up, and will continue to appeal the custody decision.
What do YOU think HollyMoms? Should Tameka get a retrial?

This is old news. Once the FBI got involved the judge finally recused herself and Tameka is going to get another trial and her attorney probably has already filed a motion with the new judge to reverse the custody decision which would give them joint custody again which it was prior to the initial trial.
Also, there is an Internet petition to remove the judge from the bench altogether as it states she’s ruined many lives (one of her litigants killed themselves after one of her decisions), and that she has been bought and corrupt for some time now.
Hopefully, with the new trial and new judge Usher’s money won’t prevail a second time and Tameka will permanently get her kids back. Even in the first corrupt child they did not find her an unfit parent in any way.
