Kristen opens up on why she’s ready to put Twilight behind her in a new interview! Read on for all the details.
While we all may be in mourning over the end of the Twilight Saga films, with the final movie hitting theaters this fall, Kristen Stewart is feeling nothing but relief.
Kristen, 22, appears on the cover of Glamour Germany for their October issue and tells the magazine that she’s feeling relief over the saga coming to a close. “I’m relieved,” Kristen says. “Not that it’s finally over but that we told a story from beginning to end. A story I and all my colleagues invested a lot of energy in. I lived in the Twilight world for about four years – that’s a very long time that demands a lot of patience on your part.”
Kristen also told the magazine what was able to get her through the demanding years working on the films. “Thank God, I had the opportunity to do smaller movies like The Runaways, Welcome to the Rileys, and On the Road in between [shooting the Twilight films,]” she says. “Otherwise I’d probably have turned mad.”
Are you surprised by Kristen’s relief, HollywoodLifers?

Are you going to miss “Twilight” as in the story, as in the characters, or the actors? I’m going to miss the story, I’m going to miss the vampires and the werewolves, but I’m not going to miss the actors because they are all moving on to other projects and hopefully they can all come back later and do a “different” movie if they get along then that is. I’d love to see them do a movie themed something perhaps like “The Breakfast Club” or intellectual like “The Big Chill” I don’t think they should do a total fantasy film, but rather a drama like “On the Road” or “Valentines Day”
