Lindsay Lohan is not happy with the fact that Amanda Bynes is not in jail yet!
Amanda, 26, was reportedly stopped and cited on Sept. 16 for driving with a suspended license, stemming from a DUI arrest and two counts of a hit-and-run.
“I can confirm that Amanda Bynes was cited at approximately 8:20 a.m. Sunday for driving with a suspended license,” Victor Gill of the Burbank Airport Police tells PEOPLE. “Her car was impounded and she received a misdemeanor citation. She was not arrested. I believe she was by herself. This occurred on Hollywood Way, just south of the main entrance to the Bob Hope Airport.”
As Amanda continues to get into more and more trouble, others are beginning to share their feelings on the matter including Lindsay, someone who’s had her own run-ins with the law.
“Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?” Lindsay tweeted on Sunday Sept. 16.

Linday is complaining? If any one of us had done what she did we would have been ordered to serve a few years in jail THE FIRST TIME!! Lindsay complaining about Amanda is a bad case of the pot calling the kettle black.
