On the Sept. 16 season finale of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’ Kourtney finally gives birth and the whole family is there! So why did she start crying?
Kourtney Kardashian is finally going to meet her little girl! On the season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney starts having contractions but she’s scared to go to the hospital.
Kourtney and her entire family have been waiting for her to pop out little Penelope Scotland Disick, so why is she upset? Well, when she’s getting ready to leave her house in the middle of the night, she realizes that it’s the last time Mason will be an only child. Kourtney gets really emotional and starts to cry and little Mason comes up and gives her a hug. If that didn’t make you reach for the Kleenex then you’re tough!
On the way to the hospital they stop off at Kim’s house for a snack. I mean what’s the rush, it’s not like she’s about to give birth or anything!? Kim finally packs her overnight bag, yes we’re waiting on Kim for Kourtney’s big night, and they’re off to the hospital.
Kourtney seems very at ease yet Khloe claims Kourtney is more scared this time around because “she knows what’s coming” — massive amounts of pain!
Just like with Mason, Kourtney reaches down and pulls Penelope out of her vajay, and a new Kardashian is born! Kris Jenner is crying throughout and finally her tears are the right timing. The woman cries over everything!
Earlier in the episode, Kim decides to go through with freezing her eggs. Khloe finds out that her body doesn’t make eggs and Kanye West admits Kim makes him “content.”
The best part is when Mason comes to the hospital and meets Penelope. He is just the sweetest little boy, and to think he’s got half of Scott Disick‘s DNA.
This was a fabulous finale and we can’t wait to see Kim and Kourtney when they take Miami!

I thought it was really adorable when little Mason gave Kourtney a hug when she was crying over the fact that he would no longer be the only child. It was also sweet when Mason met Penelope for the first time, I agree it’s very hard to imagine that he’s half Scott! This episode gave me and my Dish coworkers a ton to talk about today at work. Luckily I recorded it on my Hopper, because when I played it back I was able to start watching on my living room TV and then continue watching on any TV in my house, right where I left off.
