Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly trying to stop the publication of Kate’s topless photos in future publications including France’s Closer and Italy’s Chi magazines.
Lawyers for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will reportedly appear in court in Paris, France on Monday Sept. 17.
Lawyers will be seeking an injunction against Italian media group Mondadori, which publishes both magazines. They will also reportedly be seeking legal damages against Closer after the website was first to publish the photos of Kate topless and William rubbing lotion on her bare bottom!
Publications in America and Germany are allegedly considering publishing the photos as well.
