Kate Middleton’s Topless Pics Published By Two More Magazines

Poor Kate — her nude photo scandal isn’t going away anytime soon! An Irish magazine has published the photos while an Italian magazine plans to run a 26-page spread on Monday Sept. 17! Find out all the details.

Kate Middleton may be vacationing with Prince William, but she clearly can’t escape her very own nude photo scandal.

The Republic of Ireland edition of the Irish Daily Star has published photos of Kate sunbathing topless while on holiday in France.

Editor Mike O’Kane said he treated Kate as any other celebrity such as Rihanna and Lady Gaga.

St James’ Palace said it is suing the publishers of French magazine Closer who first printed the photos on Friday Sept. 14. Closer’s website later removed the photos.

“The Duchess would be no different to any other celeb pics we would get in, for example Rihanna or Lady Gaga. She’s not the future queen of Ireland so really the only place this is causing fury seems to be in the UK,” Mike said.

“She’s married into the royal family, she’s one of the most photographed people in the world, and she decides to partially disrobe on a balcony where it can be seen from a public road and she’s stunned now, or the Palace are annoyed that people are interested in this. Of course people are going to be interested in this,” he continued.

Furthermore, Chi, an Italian glossy magazine owned by the same company that publishes French mag Closer, will run a 26-page spread Monday Sept. 17 with the headline, “The Queen is Nude,” TMZ reports.

Editor Alfonso Signorni says he’s not afraid of legal action because the photos are now part of public domain, adding, “I don’t see anything morbid or damaging in them. Chi pays attention to respecting people’s dignity. I don’t think they hurt Kate’s image.”

I actually feel bad for Kate. I mean, she was on vacation and it was at a private location that the paparazzi followed them to. If those dumb shuttle bugs minded their own business and let her and her husband just let loose without worrying, than there would be no problem. This is a bad invasion of privacy.

I think Katy is over thirty, right? That knows the paparazzi chasing Them everywhere, not stupid. Kristen would fit into their family. Kristen and Harry. Perfection.
