ABC Family just released 11 promo shots from the Oct. 23 Pretty Little Liars Halloween special, and I don’t even know where to begin. Not only is Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) alive and well — and looking damn fine — but Spencer (Troian Bellisario) has a nasty little encounter with a masked “A,” who could very well be her boyfriend Toby (Keegan Allen)! Oh, and did I mention Paige (Lindsey Shaw) is wearing a tuxedo again? Girl’s got style.
