While I’m sure it was nothing like the ridiculous birth scene from the True Blood season finale, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer recently welcomed their twins into the world! The couple’s rep confirms to People that “the babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health, and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed.”

Anna, 30, met Stephen, 42, while filming their hit HBO series — which ended its fifth season this summer — and they were married in Aug. 2010.

And although the twins are Anna’s first children, Stephen already has two children from prior relationships: a 10-year-old daughter named Lilac, and a 12-year-old son named Billy
