Sheryl opened up about her non-cancerous brain growth during the premiere episode of Katie Couric’s new talk show.
It has been several months since singer/songwriter Sheryl Crow revealed there was a benign tumor growing on her brain, and we’re happy to report, she’s doing just fine.
“It’s the size of my pinky,” Sheryl revealed Sept. 10 during the debut episode of Katie. “They are not that uncommon for women at my age.”
Sheryl will not need to undergo surgery, but she will need periodic scans to monitor its growth.
“I think that everyone is sensitive to their bodies, that is how I found mine,” she explained. “It was definitely a sobering moment, especially with a three and five year old.”
