Miley was distraught and considered moving after a weapon-wielding man claiming to be her husband jumped the fence onto her property on September 7. But after a couple days to digest, she wants to stay in her home! Find out why!
On Sept. 7, Jason Luis Rivera reportedly hopped over the fence surrounding her home, hoping to meet Miley. Miley was not home at the time of the incident, according to TMZ. An unidentified person called 911 when the intruder was spotted.
“I am friends with Miley Cyrus. I am. She’s my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years,” Jason told police. He was also found holding a pair of scissors!
Lieutenant Wendling from the North Hollywood Police Station tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “Police had responded to a 9-1-1 trespassing call in the 11500 block of Amanda Drive in Studio City. They found the man hiding in the bushes, and when he refused to cooperate with police, they used a non-lethal Taser gun on him.” Scary!
Even though the incident is terrifying, Miley isn’t letting this man dictate her life.
A source close to Miley tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “she doesn’t plan on moving form her home and will not allow crazy people ruin her life. When she is home, she has her own security team that she trusts and is confident they would protect her. She will not be affected by the two incidents that have happened recently at her house. She is relieved that no one was injured and hurt but moving is not an option.”
Do you think Miley should move, HollywoodLifers?
