The man who arrested for trespassing at Miley’s home while wielding a weapon has ordered to stay away from Miley and her home, according to a new report! Read on for all the details.
Miley Cyrus may not be planning to move after a man was arrested on her property with a weapon on Friday, Sept. 7, but a judge has ordered the intruder to stay away from the pop star!
TMZ reports that the intruder, Jason Luis Rivera, has pled “not guilty” to trespassing and resisting arrest. The judge has set his bail at $100,000 and he remains in custody. Jose has also been ordered to stay 500 yards away from Miley, as well as the block she lives on.
As we’ve previously reported, Jason was found with a pair of scissors on Miley’s property, claiming she is his wife. Luckily, Miley was not at home at the time of the incident.
Do you think Miley should move, HollywoodLifers?
