Miley Cyrus is reportedly being considered as a suspect of criminal battery after allegedly striking a clubgoer in the face, according to a new report.
The alleged victim filed a police report Sunday, Sept. 9, with the LAPD claiming that him and his friends were sitting behind Miley and fiance Liam Hemsworth at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel, according to TMZ.
The alleged victim claims that when he accidentally knocked into Liam’s chair, the parties engaged in an argument that quickly got intense.
The alleged victim also claims that Liam got in his face before Miley jumped in the middle to break it up, allegedly striking the clubgoer in the face.
