Thankfully, Miley was not home at the time of the incident, according to TMZ. An unidentified person called 911 when the intruder was spotted.

“I am friends with Miley Cyrus. I am. She’s my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years,” Jason told police.

Lieutenant Wendling from the North Hollywood Police Station tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Police had responded to a 9-1-1 trespassing call in the 11500 block of Amanda Drive in Studio City. They found the man hiding in the bushes, and when he refused to cooperate with police, they used a non-lethal Taser gun on him.”

We’re certainly HAPPY the police apprehended this intruder before anyone was hurt.

Miley recently tweeted how grateful she is saying, “been getting so much love on lilac wine :) so happy! laying in bed thanking the universe for being so kind ❤.” 🙏

Cops raced to the home of Miley on August 1st as well after a 911 call reported a possible home invasion! Unfortunately, when the police arrived to the home, no one was found — not even Miley. Cops reportedly determined the call was a false alarm — a prank known as “swatting” — after it was realized that no one was home.

How do YOU feel, HollywoodLifers? Should Miley move out of her home?
