Kristen Stewart Interview: I’m ‘Doing Good’ After Affair

Her heart may be shattered, but Kristen put on a brave face Sept. 6 at the premiere of ‘On The Road.’

It’s been a tough summer for Kristen Stewart. After the 22-year-old actress was photographed having an affair with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, her world seemingly fell apart.

In one fell swoop, the quiet, slightly awkward brunette beauty lost her boyfriend of three years, Robert Pattinson, and most of their joint friends. She couldn’t sleep, she couldn’t stop crying and she withered away to an empty shell of her former self.

It’s been nearly two months since the sordid photos were viral, and though Kristen is obviously still struggling, she kept it together during red carpet interviews for her latest project, On The Road.

When asked by a reporter how she was doing with everything, Kristen quipped, “doing good,” without hesitation.

Maybe time does heal all wounds!

I’m so glad this reporter asked her this!!! jajajajajajaja and I’m so glad she got upset! why are you famous then! jajajaja you need to be prepare for questions like this! learn from KIM! Really, hope she gets so depressed that end up on drugs and she kills herself…if we already lost Heath Ledger and Whitney Houston like this and they were REAL TALENTED people, she won’t be a great lost for this planet!

Yes she definately did not like the question. What was the moron paps thinking. In the video with garatt Hedlund when he was talking she was looking down and sad. She is still under the strain. She had to do the Red Carpet for OTR because apparently it is in her contract. She looks ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND STUNNING BUT HER EYES LOOK SAD. She even had dinner alone at Georges Restaurant, but her bodyguard must have been there waiting for her to finish. She had her mobile in her hand when she was leaving the restaurant. I wonder what she did the middle finger of her left hand because she had a finger brace on it when she left LAX and arrived inToronto. But she did not have it on during the Red Carpet, but she did keep her left hand behind her back sometimes. The smiles looked forced. When she gets back to LA will she go back into seclusion until BD2. She does look very thin and pale. No-one knows what is going on with her and Rob. People should leave them alone. She apparently has bought a 4.8 million dollar house at Malibu which apparently is in her mother’s name. But her mother is moving out because of the divorce with her father. Maybe her mother put it in her own name to stop the media hanging out there and invading kristen’s privacy. The house apparently has 3 storys. Kristen is apparently sleeping with all the plush toys that Rob bought her when ever he was away to keep her close to him. I think this is sweet. I don’t think they have split because she is wearing the ring and necklace that Rob has bought her. I have not read that Rob has asked her not to wear them. So maybe they are together and they will eventually let everyone know when the time is right. As they say NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS. WOW – GO KRISTEN YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL STRONG YOUNG WOMAN. HOPE OTR GOES GREAT FOR YOU. KEEP YOUR CHIN UP.

Did you only care about how Kristen responded to that incredibly inappropiate question? Just look at her closely and see how her facial expression changes. That wasn’t the expression of someone who was content, that was the expression of a heart broken woman.

Neither Kristen or Rob are doing ‘good ‘they are both dying inwardly on their feet but they are actors and have to put a face on for the public unfortunately this isn’t like New Moon they haven’t got a Jacob and an Alice to save them only so called conflicting advice from all and sundry.Kristen came out of restaurant with phone in hand only hope Rob called her and said how stunning she looked as I’m sure they could only remember when they were in Cannes supporting each other and that’s why they both looked so sad .Rob just bout got his few words out without faltering and didn’t seem to want to watch BD2 clip reminding him of happier times no doubt. So no neither of them is good.

Indeed she’s dealing with something but what is admirable was she finally showed up and continue what should she’s be doing. A great lesson is definitely learned after everything happened.She lost weight, the aura speaks for itself.Totally a tough days for her but slowly, a work on progress she must recollect and move forward.Be she or Rob be together, a matter of time & Fate I believe.They have still a huge years ahead of of them so explore, learn and live life rightfully.A fact thing can’t be deny she’s still beautiful,one of a kind & feisty.

What else can she say? Sometime I hope Rob would come out and clearify the story that’s been on the web. It makes them bad if it’s not real. Just man up and say something… Her repution is on the line. What kind of person he is??? Revengeful or cowardly one who likes to hid when there’s problems. Yes, she did wrong but she already apologised what more can she do? Do you still love her at all? Is the love strong enough to overcome the mistake she made?????

I like both of them, and I do understand they want to keep stuff private.

If he is anything like me, NO – HIS LOVE BEGAN TO DIE THAT DAY; SHE IS DEAD TO HIM.
Not everyone is ready to jump at a fake apology. That is what he meant at the shows when he said “if people did not have publicists, they would be responsible for their words and the world would be a better place.” He is not a coward btw; SHE IS; so is Rupert (where is he and why isn’t he helping Kristen with the problems they created together?!!) Kristen was the one who wanted to hide the relashionship with Rob of 3-4 years, only to go make up with someone else (a married man, no less) in public, in the back of her car, in broad day light! I don’t believe for a minute it was only that one time; nor do I believe the affair was limited to a kiss. Neither does Rob as he is not stupid and is now putting 2 and 2 together while looking back at the signs; and there were numerous signs, I am sure, as you can see her and Rupert gushing about each other (and fluttering eyes while doing it according to Vogue’s reporter). Wake up and smell the coffee. Not everyone is buying the “momentary indiscretion” apology.

@FANS: Rob is not obligated to say ANYTHING about what the girl he loved did to him. He does not need to clarify or justify ANY of the crap that has been said about him in the aftermath, for whatever reason, as if he did something wrong too. He is being respectful to Kristen by absolutely not discussing what she did to him or how it affected him. He is being PROFESSIONAL. To call him a coward is unfair and ridiculous. I understand you are a Kristen fan, and that’s fine. But don’t bash Rob to make her look better. He has been nothing but kind and professional, not playing a victim and not acting like a martyr. Who knows what is going on behind closed doors? Of course he loves her still if he loved her when those photos came out. But maybe she did this because she didn’t want to be in a relationship? Maybe he has no choice? Maybe he doesn’t want to risk have his heart torn out again? Let them work it out in private without bashing.

Did you guys see when the interviewer asked Kristen “how you doing?” she obviously had to say “doing good” & after she said that she walk away…she probably didn’t, want to start cryin’ in front of the camera. I hate the dress she was wearing, but she knows how to rock it.

No I totally noticed it. She kind of spewed it out and walked away very quickly. I felt like the guy Josh at MTV was getting a little uncomfortable with his questions too about how it feels to have the fan support “feel the love” and he kinda dragged it out. Kristen looked a bit uncomfortable.
