Chris took home the Moon Man for Best Male Video — beating out rival Drake!
Chris Brown took home an MTV Video Music Award for Best Male Video for his smash hit “Turn Up The Music,” leaving Drake in the dust at the Sept. 6 show!
“Well, uh, I’ll make it real short. First and foremost I want to thank Team Breezy. This is my first time actually being able to direct a video by myself — and bring [my] vision to life. So I just want to thank everybody — all my management team, RCA, MTV, I thank everybody. I love ya’ll — my fans,” Chris said as he accepted his award.

I think he deserved it because he directed it and that takes a lot of talent and knowledge. However I was disappointed that Drake did not get an award for “Take Care” with Rihanna. That was a beautiful video.
