Justin may be hard at work on a ‘secret’ MTV VMA performance, according to a series of tweets from Justin, manager Scooter Braun, and director Jon Chu! Read on for this new evidence.
Justin Bieber and his entourage are dropping hints on Twitter regarding a potential “secret” MTV Video Music Awards performance on Sept. 6! Would you be excited to see him perform?
Justin tweeted, “this is large stage #BELIEVE,” while manager Scooter Braun tweeted, “so @justinbieber @niallofficial and @zaynmalik are all hanging out and @alfredoflores is the coolest. and now… teenage girls heads explode.”
We already know that One Direction is definitely performing at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 6. And according to Taylor Swift’s Twitter, another artist set to perform at the awards show, VMA rehearsals are “every day this week.” So where else would Justin be with the boys of One Direction? They’re rehearsing “every day this week.”
Furthermore, Scooter retweeted a message from Jon Chu, director of Never Say Never, showcasing a photo of a “closed set” sign — calling it “a secret.”
Also, earlier this week, Justin hinted at wanting to perform at the VMAs when he tweeted on Aug. 28, “i would perform. always ready. #vmas ##votebieber.”
Unfortunately, girlfriend Selena Gomez will not be in attendance – in the case of a surprise performance — due to the Spring Breakers premieres at the Venice and Toronto Film Festivals.
