Abby and Brittany Hensel are conjoined twins, but you would never believe it. After watching the sisters graduate from college on the Sept. 4 episode, you can’t help but fall in love with these two girls, who just happen to share the same body. Watch the full episode below!
Abby and Brittany Hensel were born as conjoined twins, sharing one body, but having two heads. On the Sept. 4 episode, the girls, 22, prepare to move into the real world as they go on a road trip with their girlfriends and graduate from Bethel University on TLC’s new reality hit Abby & Brittany.
Both Abby and Brittany want to become teachers and they prove that despite their appearance, the kids they are teaching don’t care what they look like. “Brittany is more into language arts,” says Abby and “Abby is more into math and science,” says Brittany.
Even though the sisters are conjoined, they have different feelings. While on a road trip to Chicago, it’s revealed that Brittany is afraid of heights, but Abby could care less. Although they both have their differences, they almost always complete each other’s sentences — so cute!
Just like any normal girl, the twins pack way too much for their road trip to Chicago. ”We packed 8 pairs of shoes,” said the sisters. They paint each other’s finger nails; They drive the car together; Brittany takes care of the steering wheel, while Abby takes care of the brakes; They each have their own driver’s license; They are both aware that nothing works for them unless they make compromises. And what the two of them accomplish together is exceptional!
Abby and Brittany’s friends see them as two different people. Their best friend Josiah says, “You are getting two best friends at the price of one!” Abby and Brittany remind us to always hold back from judging another person until we have walked in their shoes. Both of these highly inspiring girls teach us that nothing is impossible in life!

I don’t care how nice they are….they are still freaks of nature and do not deserve a television show on TLC. Their parents are profiting off their freaky girls. They need to be somewhere private and out of sight. I don’t want to see this TWO HEADED FREAK walking around like SHE is normal. And any man that marries them, yes he will have to marry BOTH of them, no matter what Thing 1 and Thing 2 freaky freaks think, No man is gong to want to marry these freak, including myself. Any man that is willing to marry these freaky chicks is one sexually freaky dude. Could you imagine having to have to have sex with that monster? No telling what your offspring will look like; probably would have 3 heads. And btw, their faces are ugly. These are two homely girls. They are to ugly what Grace Kelly was to beautiful. And anyone who says they are not are just trying to be nice to the freaks. TLC has become the The Carnival Freak-show Channel.
