Kristen Stewart’s Mother Jules Files For Divorce

Just weeks after her daughter was caught cheating on Robert Pattinson, Jules Stewart has pulled the plug on her marriage to John Stewart. So sad!

Kristen Stewart‘s mother Jules Stewart has filed for divorce from her husband of 27 years, John Stewart.

Jules filed the petition on August 17 in L.A. County Superior Court, TMZ reports. The papers filed cite irreconcilable differences and reveal that the couple has been separated since June 15, 2010.

Kristen, 22, will surely be devastated by the news. We hope that Robert Pattinson can find it in his heart to reach out to her for comfort — even though she broke his heart!

Jules recently talked to Total Film about working with Kristen on the upcoming movie K-11.

“To have your daughter being so in the public eye and so popular, a lot of people accuse me of using her to get what I am. That’s a negative thing and not true. She became this big movie star. She became too big for me.”

John spoke to HollywoodLife.com in November, telling us how proud he was that his daughter was getting her handprint at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

“It’s unbelievable, man. It’s awesome, I am very proud!”

Here we go again. HL is losing the plot who cares if Kristen’s parent’s are divorcing.I don’t care about it, it is none of my business just like it is not your business either. Now they are going to print this story as they have nothing left to print. A lot of other sites have now let it go but not the Maniacs from HL. Ok, so JS had an affair with her married with children business partner over 2 years ago and separated from KS father. JS has had a partner for a long time now who she takes to Cannes for premiers so it is not exactly secret is it. Now, after over 2 years, they decide to divorce right in the middle of a cheating scandal involving her daughter sleeping with the married director of her latest film who has children and happens to be married to her friend! She is trying to take the spotlight off her daughter, giving her the sympathy vote but the problem is everyone knows the back ground and even Rob knows the truth about KS parents. So who’s trying to kid who her, PR stunt. Nothing more.

Words matter. HL, Kristen’s parents should be off limits to even you. It’s true, you have sucked the blood out of Kristen. It is beneath even you to throw her parents out there merely to draw clicks and post. Where do you draw the line? Who besides your Tabloid, and Perez Hilton are interested in the personal hardships of others.. Based on what I am reading about Ken Baker and US weekly,none of you could stand to have the spot light put on you for a second. For the insiders this is not new news at all. Kristen’s parents were separated for a while now which I’m sure Rob has known about even back it back then.This is public knowledge today because both her and Rob have been on the spotlight so tabs will milk any story about them. But this story is the one thats actually true. Time will tell the ‘real truth’ and a lot of you will be very surprised about it. Probably even disappointed.

I knew ever since Kristen’s mom got papped stroking Rob’s hair in the parking lot after the MTV awards that first time that she would end up being the tabloid star of the bunch. Then she was papped dropping Kristen off for her weekend with Rob at the Chateau Marmont. Those paps get so lucky with them. Then Rob can go over to London and no one sees him at all. Funny how that works.

Does anyone ever wonder if maybe what Kristen did was to get back at her mother? She showed her mother a picture of what her mother was doing to her father and the children by having pictures taken of her and Rupert. (Didn’t say it was the right thing to do but we don’t know what state of mind Kristen was in at the time.) You know if this is true about her parents then this was going on while she was filming SWATH and maybe Rupert was there to comfort her when Rob was off partying with the Katy Perry crowd and her dad was grieving. Maybe Kristen had a mental breakdown because of all the stress she had to be going through with her parent’s split, her mother using her as a career stepping stone, Rob’s partying with Katy Perry’s crowd and Rupert pursuing her. Maybe her indiscretion with a married man was a sign for her mother but came back on her because of Rob’s reaction to not wanting to talk to her afterward or hear the reason why she did what she did so she made a public apology. Her fans have been saying this was so out of character for her to do since she was so careful about being seen showing anything to do with her private life. Maybe she wanted to ruin the only thing her mother could benefit from to sell her movie which would be her daughter’s standing in HW and Kristen’s popularity with the Twilight fans. The pictures did look staged to me and it was very convenant that a pap just happen to be able to take the pictures without being noticed by Kristen. I think we should pity Kristen and stop all this hateful attacking of her. Just think what all she must have been going through before the scandal that might have made her do what she did and all that she has been enduring from Rob and his fans now. Poor girl. I am surprise she hasn’t tried to end her life with the way people have been attacking her and not having a family for support to fall back on. If Rob ever loved her like he said he did he should try to understand what she was going through before the scandal happened, tell his rabid fans to back off and be there for her during this devastated time in her life. I think the fans should ask themselves could they take on this much and not do things out of character like Kristen did or could they endure the abuse that has been shoved at her without the support of your family(who you know is dealing with destruction of the family unit now) or the one who suppose to have loved you as a boyfriend should? Maybe that is why David Cromberg said at the The New York Times interview that the people did not know the real story about the Rob/ Kristen breakup. Maybe there is something to do with her actions based on her being distrought over the break up of her family. When you look at the whole picture now you see why she might have done what she did not to hurt Rob but to hurt her mother in a very public way just a not very thought out way but I don’t think she was in a very good mental state to care. Just imagine 27 years of having a close family and a sturdy support system in HW (as other actors have called her family), her father going through devastation with the mother’s betrayal of him and the children’s confussion of the mother’s actions and not knowing who in the family to support must be devastating to Kristen. I feel really SORRY for her and think those out there should stop their hatred banter and try to but themselves in her shoes. Those of you who are saying like mother like daughter should be ashamed of yourselves for the uncaring, unsympathetic, hatred you are spouting towards someone who is going through this kind of devastation of their family. This just goes to prove how mean, uncaring and vile some of Rob’s fans are. Could you survive this without breaking down? Everyone pitied Liberty and I think Kristen was wrong in what she did. I think we need to give her some caring words instead of the vile remarks I am seeing on the sites. We don’t know how this divorce is affecting her but it can’t be that good for she was close to both her parents.

OK so her parents were separated since 2010 but why choose now to file for divorce. It obviously wasn’t urgent enough back then unless Mom wants to get re-married or something. I think she did this to get sympathy for Kristen. Ohhh poor Kristen, parents are divorcing. It shouldn’t have been a surprise since supposedly Mom has been dating. Look at all the comments now lamenting on poor Kristen. Also, a good excuse for people to say KS was emotionally traumatized by her parent pending divorce that she wasn’t herself. Things must be really rough for Kristen if Mom has to resort to this to garner some sympathy for her daughter. So it makes you wonder if everything else we are hearing is now a way to garner sympathy. i.e. not eating, not sleeping, desperate to get Rob back, etc.. b/c she knows that people may believe she is really sorry for her actions but in reality she just wants to make good with her fans and the public and doesn’t care about Rob and her relationship.

At first i so dont understand why Stew is dancing this cheating song so good with Arragano and Pattz, if she doesnt know the song too well,
maybe she saw that the leading star in her mom’s movie K-11 was cheating with Sandra Bullock husband yet she work with her mom means its okay to cheat

And maybe her dad didnt approve to it, and difference in mind set let to this divorce and cheating.

Talk about wrong timing. Can’t this tattooed old witch hold on for a bit until the media hoopla surrounding her cheating daughter die down a little before she files for divorce? TIFF is happening in only less than a week and it wont surprised me one bit if the media and haters will be yelling at her asking if the mother cheated on the father with her married business partner too. These vultures will be having a field day and wont stop at nothing to get her reaction. Why can’t she do it when OTR and BBD2 promos are done and over with so her daughter could avoid this unnecessary questions? She obviously only cares about herself otherwise she could have put into consideration the possibility that this might subject her daughter into further scrutiny.
