Season 10 of ‘Project Runway’ has been filled with tears, drama and exciting new looks. This week, the contestants “battle for immortality.”

Did Tim Gunn just say “psychotic breakdown?” Surprisingly, that’s not that shocking for a high-stress show such as Project Runway. But according to the promo, Season 10, Episode 7 is home to the designers’ biggest challenge yet.

The episode’s preview promises tears both on and off the runway, as well as the opportunity for one designer to have his or her name launched.
