Holly Madison, 32, is expecting her first baby with her boyfriend, Pasquale Rotella, but the happy couple could be facing tough times ahead. The club promoter, 38, is entangled in some legal issues that could result in jail time.

Pasquale is the CEO and founder of Insomniac, a successful electronic music promotion and event company, and was indicted in Los Angeles on April 29 on counts of bribery, conspiracy, embezzlement, and conflict of interest. The charges stem from a corruption case involving raves held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Allegedly, Pasquale rerouted more than $2.5 million from the stadium to pay city officials under the table. The investigation has gone one for 13 months, and the party promoter maintains his innocence.

“[Pasquale Rotella] has always acted lawfully and appropriately with respect to all of his dealings with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum,” his lawyer said in March, according to People. ”Mr. Rotella will vigorously defend himself to clear his good name and looks forward to being completely vindicated.”

Holly’s man, who is currently out on bail, will be in court Sept. 25 for a pre-trial. If he is convicted on all counts, he could face 13 years and 8 months in jail.
