Rihanna is set for a MAJOR MTV Video Music Award performance, and Chris Brown may be joining her on stage!
Rihanna’s camp has informed the producers of the Video Music Awards that she will be bringing ex-boyfriend Chris Brown on stage with her during her performance, according to a new report by MediaTakeOut.com.
“[The producers] like the ratings that [a Chris-Rihanna duel] would bring, but there could be some backlash too. There isn’t much choice since Rihanna is insisting that he perform with her,” a person working with the VMAs told MediaTakeOut.com.
The site claims that artists have to submit their performances for approval by producers within two weeks of the show (airing Sept. 6) — and Rihanna, 24, is demanding that Chris, 23, perform with her.
HollywoodLife.com reached out to Chris’ rep who said, “Never heard of this.” We’re still waiting on a response from Rihanna’s rep.

I think Chris is VERY scared of Drake after he got cut by the bottle in the club and he is also scared of claiming Rihanna because she is a strong independent woman . Offcourse he wont come he has to go to put on more color on his head to look more ridiculous. I dont think rihanna would really want to stand next to a man who looks like strange like that.

Dont be foolish..chris can never be scared of a coward who throws bottles and runs away from a fellow man like drake,who’s now shameful after rihanna admitting completely ignored him..she openly announced she loves breezy!so sorry u’v got no point:->
That would be absolutely awesome… Hell with the backlash. If this is what they want to do then allow them to do so. Another huge step in the healing process.
