Abby and Brittany may be conjoined twins, stuck together for the rest of their lives, but they don’t let that slow them down. Did you watch the girls start their real world lives last night?

Abby and Brittany Hensel were born conjoined twins, sharing one body with two heads. Now at age 22, the girls prepared to move into the real world on the premiere of TLC’s Abby & Brittany, on Aug. 28.

Surprisingly, the girls live a normal, regular life — hanging out with friends, going to college classes, and shopping for clothes. They just do it together!

Abby and Brittany each have a set of lungs, two separate spinal cords, and two hearts. But despite their physical impairments, they enjoy a tight-knit group of friends and loving family.

What do YOU think of Abby and Brittany, Hollywoodlifers? Could you imagine spending the rest of your life stuck to your sibling?

Now this is TRUE REALITY TV. Let’s follow some REAL people as they go about their lives. The uniqueness about them draws in viewers, their personalities keep us there. Much more interesting to follow than a Kardashian or any other self-absorbed celebutart. You go girls. Your difference is much like a super model or actress in that you keep us intrigued as to what you will tackle next. Thank you for sharing your lives with us. I hope the fame treats you well.

You know I just saw a clip of these twins but I must say they truly are such positive young women who have not let their “disability” become just that. So refreshing to see such drive and happiness . I wish them the best in life! They truly deserve life’s blessings and not because of their disabilities but because of their hard work, positive outlook, kindness, thoughtfulness and infectious spirit. Keep on keeping on Abby and Brittny!

Abby and Brit are so positive. Love there show. Cannot tell how many times they had me laughing when I was watching last night. My fave funniest part was the marshmallows. I’ve done it too. Love Brit and Abby and can’t wait to see more of there show. btw, if I go to Texas I’m definitely going to Mario’s!
