Lord & Taylor launches the first-ever ‘Project Runway’ capsule collection — now you can own a gorgeous frock from one of the former designers at an affordable price!
10 seasons into Project Runway and we are still getting our share of firsts. Most recently, Lord & Taylor has announced the launch of the first-ever Project Runway capsule collection. To celebrate the 10th season of the show, one designer from each of the previous seasons is creating a dress for the collection. For the contestants of the current season, they will fight it out for the last spot in the capsule collection in the episode airing August 30.
The season 10 winner of the Lord & Taylor challenge will have their dress sold with the other nine designers as part of the capsule collection. The collection will be available at on the retailer’s site beginning Aug. 31 and will be at the Lord & Taylor Fifth Avenue flagship in NYC starting on Sept. 6 — and with no dress costing more than $350 it’s sure to sell out fast!
Check out our gallery to look at the dresses and see which one fits your taste the best, because it could be yours. Now that’s what we call a stylish steal!
Following the release of the collection, all 10 designers will attend Fashion’s Night Out at Lord & Taylor on Sept. 6 from 6-11PM. If you’re in NYC, here’s your chance to meet Chris March, Nick Verros, Mondo Guerra, Bert Keeter, Uli Herzner, Korto Momolu, Jay McCarroll, Gordana Gelhausen, Seth Aaron Henderson and the winner of this week’s episode!
