A 17-year-old high schooler was shot by an unidentified 15-year-old during lunch on the first day of school, August 27, at Perry Hall High School in Baltimore, Maryland.

Baltimore County Police Chief James Johnson told CBS news that they believe this was a “one-on-one grudge situation.”

According to CBS, the alleged shooter — who is unidentified — walked into the cafeteria around 10:45 a.m., pulled out the gun and fired. But shortly after one shot, he was tackled by teachers.
