Is Bobbi Kristina Brown tying the knot? The 19-year-old took a pic of her left hand on Aug. 27 and it had a massive sapphire rock on her ring finger. In the tweet she reveals that her boyfriend Nick Gordon surprised her with the bling. But could it be an engagement rock?
