Usher is “not surprised” that his ex-wife Tameka Raymond is appealing the judge’s decision to award primary custody of their two sons to the pop star.
A source close to the situation told HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Usher is not surprised at all that Tameka is appealing the ruling as he would have done the same exact thing if the tables were turned. He wishes that this would all go away but understands that this is the process. For all the claims that Tameka is making, Usher is making sure that he shows that she is wrong so when they go back to court yet again that Usher even has a stronger case and Tameka will lose again. It is very bitter between both of them and Usher doesn’t want to talk to Tameka at any time and only plans to see her in court or under supervised visits. Its very tense as it has been but Usher is definitely ready to fight in court yet again.”
“Money can buy many things…But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail. I must continue to believe this. Stand firm,” Tameka tweeted on Aug. 24.
Sources close to Tameka tell TMZ, “[Tameka] feels the ruling was unfair. Tameka allegedly found out that Usher’s lawyer’s law firm threw an election fundraiser back in 2008 for the judge who presided over the trial, and she feels that connection may have influenced the ruling.”

The decision by the Judge to deny the retrial because the political contributions by Usher’s attorney to the Judge were public information is B.S. What litigant knows to search the financial history of a Judge prior to going to court. The arrogance of this Judge is appalling. Secondly, Usher’s willingness to deprive the mother of equal custody shows his true selfish nature. Unfortunately this case is not isolated. This is standard Family Court Corruption right there. Wonderful, loving, fit mothers are losing custody daily, due to this same injustice. There was NO reason Tameka shouldn’t have equal custody, other than the Judge operated in a bias, and malicious ruling under a conflict of interest and should have recused him/her self.
The only reason people are voting for Usher is because of his celebrity status. Shame on you. You have no idea what kind of parent he or she is. This case was/is Bias and Unfair, and has nothing to do with the best interest of the children. Only the best interest of the wallets of the Judge and attorneys.
