Kim Kardashian To Blame For Prolonged Divorce From Kris Humphries?

Uh oh! Kim Kardashian may be the one making her own divorce proceedings more difficult than they need to be. Read on for more details!

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries‘ marriage may have been short-lived, but that couldn’t be further from the truth about their divorce.

And according to a new report, Kim, 31, is to blame for the prolonged proceedings.

“Kris’ legal team had no other choice but to go after her personal life as well, which means more witnesses to depose, and again, more delays,” a source tells Radaronline. “Scheduling depositions for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have also been problematic, as both claim very chaotic schedules. Kris has a right to prepare for trial, and the longer the Kardashian clan drag their feet in scheduling depositions, the longer this thing is going to go on. It’s worth noting that Kris’ deposition was completed almost two months ago.”

Yikes! And according to this report, Kim is also to blame for dragging their new lovers into the messy situation.

“Here are the facts…Kris had no intention of going after the men in Kim’s life, meaning current boyfriend, Kanye West, but was forced to because her lawyer, Laura Wasser, formally subpoenaed his gal pal, Myla Sinanaj,” the source says.

Hopefully everyone can get their lives together and get this situation figured out — so both Kim and Kris can move on!

Actions speak louder than words. It was Kim’s lawyer that deposed the people she wanted to, without wasting time.
Kris’s camp cannot take credit for that, he was deposed, and he had to be there, period. Why have his lawyers
not deposed anyone yet? Kim’s lawyer has expressed how frustrated she is that there is no action on Kris’s lawyers
part. They want to depose so many people, yet have not deposed one person, that we have heard of, as of yet.
I hope the judge puts an end to this debacle, and draws the line the next time around.

If the marriage was for ratings he knew about it. If he wants annulment it’s because it would make the prenup null&void. He wants 7mil from Kim.He denied knowing Kim at first but ex gf said he knew exactly who she was. He was caught during engagement trying to pick up a chick in Miami(there are photos). He lied to Kim about throwing a party at their place and let complete female strangers into their bedroom(on tape). He even lied about going to Toronto and meeting up with ex gf(on tape). This guy is a habitual liar and money hungry. You saw what he did to Myla when there was a chance it would hurt him from getting money from divorce. He dropped her like a hot potato denying he ever knew her. when he couldn’t go with that lie he said she was basically a prostitute. When she claimed she was pregnant(which she has done in her previous relationships in order to keep the guy) he wanted a paternity test. She was going to sue him for defamation and said she had alot of dirt on him. Her lawyer said they were willing to help Kim and that’s why she was deposed. He then bought her silence and she clammed up. Her lawyer fired her as a client because of her bs. His lawyer in LA quit because he couldn’t in good faith go through with Kris’ bs. If Kris knew about it then they both should admit that it was a fraud and annul the marriage. 62 of days living in front of a camera with your wife’s family with fake scenes played out for ratings is not a real marriage in my humble opinion. Kim filed for divorce without discussing it with Kris and then had her show tell her side of it. Kris has yet to tell what really happened. I saw the photo in Miami of a drunk girl leaning on Kris who wasn’t paying her any mind. If the girls at the party were complete strangers then the E camera crew knew about it as they were in the pictures as well. His ex girlfriend denied meeting him in Toronto and if he was going to cheat why would he bring the E camera crew along. It was all part of the scripted and staged fake reality show that gullible people like Janet believes. If Kim had any evidence that Kris cheated on her before or during the marriage it would have come out long ago and the divorce case would have been closed. Myla did more to hurt Kris than he ever did to her. Myla had no grounds to sue Kris as all the reports were false so her lawyer had to drop the case. You have no information but continue to spread lies on different website about Kris. Kim is the one holding this up as Kris has already done what he was supposed to do. Kris’s lawyers should depose the girls and it would be revealed that they were paid to be on the show and signed confidentiality agreements. Many of the scenes are staged and set up to get ratings for the show. There was a report that Kim was in the next room when it happened. Don’t know if this is true but it will come out in court. Also, it wasn’t the manager at the hotel who verified anything it came straight from Myla’s ex lawyer, the same one who said she was pregnant. You don’t have any information but what was reported in the tabloids, which most of the time have very little truth. It is time for the all the tabloids and sources from both Kris and Kim to shut up and leave it for the courts to take over.

Yes I said TMZ. I watched the video of Harvey and the dread lock guy interviewing someone called Myla. She told them she was 100% not pregnant. Harvey did not end it there, he proceeded to say that Myla told his very reliable source that she was pregnant. He wanted to put his source online but Myla denied knowing who he was talking about. He then put the so-called source on line who said that Myla told her friends that she was experiencing pregnancy symptoms of throwing up etc. Myla then recognized the voice as someone from TMZ. Harvey asked Myla if she had told her lawyer that she was pregnant, Myla refused to admit anything and told off Harvey and company that she was 100% not pregnant. Since Myla recognized the voice of TMZ source and Harvey quoting Myla’s lawyer as a source of the stories, then obviously Myla and her lawyer were talking to TMZ. I not gullible to believe either TMZ or Myla.

Kris’s deposition was completed because he handed over all his financial records and everything Kim’s lawyers asked of him. Kim’s people on the other hand refused to be so nice and pretend to be so busy. They are dragging it out by refusing to hand over their business records.
