A judge has awarded Usher primary custody of the two kids he fathered with his ex-wife. Read on for more details!
The bitter custody war between Usher and his ex Tameka Foster is finally settled. On Aug. 24, the R&B singer was awarded primary custody of the two boys he fathered with his ex-wife.
Throughout the drawn-out and emotional custody battle, Usher and Tameka both tried to strip custody rights from the other.
Tameka claimed Usher was an absentee father who was obsessed with his career and used drugs, and he claimed his ex was irresponsible and inattentive.
Although the custody ruling will mean the kids will spend the majority of the time with their father, Tameka will still get custodial rights, according to TMZ. However, those parental rights are not yet clear.
What do YOU think HollyMoms? Do YOU agree with the ruling?

I think the judge make a good decision because he has money to support those kids his not fighting like for a credit card and I don’t thinking she is a good mom after loosing one of her kids accidentally but when accidents happens its because the parents are not taking good care of the kids… Thanks god user it’s gonna have those kids at least many people and body guards are gonna be putting the eyes on them .. Good job judge ,, congrats usher
