Usher may be celebrating and relieved with the ruling that has granted him primary custody of his two sons, but ex-wife Tameka Foster is devastated, a source reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY! Read on for the inside scoop.

On Aug. 24, Usher was awarded primary custody of the two sons he fathered with ex-wife Tameka Foster, putting an end to a long and emotional custody battle. Usher is “ecstatic over the ruling,” but Tameks has been left devastated, a source tells us.

A source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Obviously Usher is ecstatic over the ruling and is very happy and relieved that its all over with and now [he] can move forward with his life mostly without Tameka in it.” “This has been a whirlwind emotional roller coaster and Usher is eager to move forward in a positive light and away from all the drama,” our source says.

Understandably, Tameka isn’t taking the ruling too well. “Tameka is devastated with the ruling and thinks that she is having zero luck at all as of late with losing this case and losing her son a few weeks ago from the jet ski tragedy,” our source tells us. Tameka’s son, Kile Glover, died on July 21. “She is very broken up about everything right now and reverting to prayer to get her through everything,” our source says.

Do you feel bad for Tameka, HollywoodLifers?

I don’t feel bad she should have been doing right before he took her to court there had to be a reason for him doing this and also for the judge giving him custody, he tried to delay to give her some time to grieve but she did not want that, that could be the reason it made her seem like he has no feeling at all and don’t her ex husband have custody of the other kids

I feel bad for her as a mother she has just lost 3 of her children not 1. 1 she will never see again & 2 part time. I am truly happy for Usher he seems to be a great father & seems to be the more stable parent. Feelings= mixed.

She was only seeing the other 2 children from her 1st husband PART TIME because she LEFT her 2 older boys and her husband to be with Usher. She get’s NO sympathy from me!!!!! Utter Trash in my opinion. Now TMZ is saying that she is going to file an appeal to overturn the ruling. As someone else mentioned, if Usher wasn’t Usher, would she walk away from these 2 children as well and move on to the next gullible fool?? The courts are notoriously biased in favor of Mothers, so how messed up as a Mother do you have to be to lose custody of a 4 & 3 year old weeks after you lost another child due to a horrible, freak accident??? There must be some pretty damning evidence against her that wasn’t reported in the media when a woman can’t even get a sympathy vote (re: Kile) from the judge in a custody battle!

I believe the judge gave her exactly what she was fighting for the most, her SAK’s FIFTH AVENUE card!!!
